How to earn points
"LottoPoints" is our system of rewarding our customers that like to play regularly. It is also the natural progression from our previous Player Rewards system.
In the past, entries purchased on each lottery were tracked, and rewarded at levels based on how many tickets were purchased for each lottery. The system worked very well, but with the addition of more lotteries, customers often requested that the vouchers they received for playing a specific lottery be converted to vouchers for another.
Naturally, this is a little impractical, with different lotteries having different list pricing. For that reason, we have decided to improve the system by allowing points to be issued for the purchase of a specific ticket. Those points can be redeemed for any lottery you wish, even when we add other new and exciting lotteries to the fold.
Here's how you can generate LottoPoints, simply by playing in the same way you normally do.

Your LottoPoints accumulate in real-time as you play. This means that unlike the previous rewards system, you can control the redemption of your points for vouchers as and when you feel the urge. If the MegaMillions jackpot has rolled over a few times and you'd like to give yourself the best chance of winning, you can supplement your entries by redeeming your LottoPoints there and then.
HOW YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR LOTTOPOINTS:
LottoPoints operates on four different tiers (The basic tier does not qualify for LottoPoints redemption)

As you play, you will see your LottoPoints increase in real time. As you attain a higher tier, the amount of points required for each voucher redemption decreases, meaning more rewards.
NB: Whereas in the past, Player Rewards we generated monthly and uploaded to customers' accounts, with our new LottoPoints system, you may redeem your points at any time within 30 days of qualifying. Should you not redeem your points within the 30 day period, they will simply be converted to Play Credits and your account will be updated accordingly.
When you have purchased your entries and received LottoPoints, then you can convert them to vouchers which you can use for free lotto entries. Bear in mind the higher your LottoPoints status, the less points are required to redeem for each lottery.
